We bought our sweet shihpoo pup from Five Star Family Puppies and highly recommend them! One of my concerns was finding a puppy that was healthy, had been sufficiently socialized, and had been well cared for. Lisa was willing to answer all of my questions by phone, text, and Facetime to ensure that I was able to see the puppies and know about their health before making a long drive to collect a puppy. She was so helpful and professional and a delight to work with. I can confirm that our puppy was very well socialized and friendly and had a smooth adjustment coming home. Our vet also confirmed that she was in good physical health. We love our puppy and would absolutely come back to Five Star Family Puppies if we decide to get a second puppy!

I have the best experiences with Lisa and her wonderful Shipper (Matt). Our journey all started when we lost our 13 year old Maltese due to old age. My family and I was so devastated and heartbroken 💔 especially our 6 years old son. She was his best friends so we’ve decided to find our son another puppy. Little did we know that buying a puppy was so much harder than before. You can’t simply walk in to the pet store and buy a puppy. Everything was relied on the search on the internet. Little did we know that there were so many puppy scammers out there and on the internet. Which made it so hard for us to distinguishes who is the real breeders and who is fake. It was a long stressful search for us and we finally found Lisa through one of our search on the internet. Great place to get the puppy you’ve been looking for

I’ve been very leary about buying a puppy online especially when I’m not even in the same state. I’ve caught several scammers using pictures and videos from other sites and trying to pass them off as their’s to sell. These people are so easy to talk with and well informed about their breeds. They were willing to send extra pictures and even face time chat with me so i could see my little girl in person. I was shocked by the price because most morkies i looked at were over 2500.00 so i was thrilled when I found one for a price i could actually afford. My baby girl is awesome i couldn’t be happier. This is definitely a site you can actually trust and know you will receive a puppy for your payment. They deserve 5 stars they are fantastic to work with and you’re definitely getting what you pay for!

Saw a couple adorable puppies that seemed like such a good fit for my family and I had to follow up on adopting. I called and spoke with Lisa and she was so pleasant to speak with, informative and kind. She answered all my questions and after I was confident I wanted to proceed I drove from Cleveland which is an hour and a half drive to meet my fur baby! 2 days ago me and my daughter made the 2 1/2 hour drive around 5pm to pick up and adorable cavapoo he was timid at first but o boy did that change overnight he became a lovable boy he has already won my heart so much and are baby girl Zoey (min pin) has already started to warm up to him as well they are amazing and she worked so well with my schedule with the last minute decision to add a baby boy to are family but not a single regret he is so playful and calm definitely will consider here again if we decide on another baby ❤️

We couldn’t be happier with the newest addition to our family! We picked up Momo our silver Labrador a few weeks ago. She was well taken care of with all medical records up to date. Great place for adorable puppies!

I purchased my cocker spaniel puppy Mia (formerly named Amber) in May and drive half way from Boston to Ohio to pick her up. Purchasing a puppy from such a distance caused me a bit of anxiety not knowing the breeder or her personality. However, Lisa was great at answering my questions and concerns on a very regular basis. She sent me photos and videos of her during the three weeks that I had to wait to get her. The courier was very polite and kind when I met him and felt relieved that the first part of her five-hour trip she was safe. Cocker spaniels can be nervous dogs and how they are treated sets the tone for their behavior for life. When I picked her up her little tail was wagging and she was kissing me – I knew she had a great personality and had been treated well for her first 8 weeks. The follow-ups by Lisa after were very appreciated. Mia is a great pup and my family adores her. I’m very pleased with my puppy and experience.

This was such a great experience..I drove 4 hours there and back and there were only two left in the litter and I wish I grabbed his brother as well.. I saw peanuts picture and instantly said this was the one. I had lost my other puppy due to someone driving very fast and I felt like I had lost a piece of me but I have had peanut now for 6 months now and he’s truly shown his colors. He is an amazing pup and he goes everywhere with me and cries if we aren’t together. He has such a friendly side of him and he’s so active. I am so grateful I came across five star family puppies to meet such an amazing and spunky little puppy. He’s my best friend.🩵

My Perfect Puppy!

When I saw Carmela online I fell in love with that face. Once I met her I knew I had to take her home with me. Her name is now Karly and she is fitting in perfectly with my older Dog and she even hangs out with the cat. She is the perfect cuddle-bug and love to give lots of kisses. Lisa was great to work with and everything went smoothly. Her kennel is very well kept and the puppies are played with often. When we showed up to her house there were a bunch of pups in the living room playing with her kids. We were taken to the kennel and able to meet and play with our new puppy. Lisa was very prompt with communication and honest. Thank you Lisa!!

OMGOSH, I feel truly blessed to have met Mrs. Miller. I believe that it was divine intervention that brought our sweet Daisy Mae into our lives. She is truly a blessing from heaven. There is no doubt that this sweet girl was well cared for, and fiercely loved. She is so confident, chill, and easy going. She is so adorable the way she plays. She loves to play with us, but when I am busy in the kitchen, she entertains herself with the mini tennis ball. As I right this, we are in the backyard, and she is pushing leaves into a little pile, one by one. She is so stinkin’ cute! With Daisy, we have the best of both worlds. She can be very high energy, but as soon as you put her in her little donut bed, she settles down immediately and just watches you. Mrs. Millers Pup’s are raised with, and loved by her family, and you can tell. When we were leaving with our little bundle, her precious son wanted to keep her. That tells you something. I will forever be eternally grateful to the Miller family, for blessing us with our little Angel. Oh p.s. Daisy is HIGHLY trainable! I taught her “sit” in a matter of 5 minutes. A tiny ity bity piece of provolone cheese, and she will literally do anything. She fits right into my Italian family!

we adopted a mini poodle and we had a great experience. The kennel was a very clean and the owner that we dealt with was so sweet and answered all of my questions and was very professional. I could tell she loves what she does and loves the puppies and they are so well taken care of. I would definitely recommend five star family puppies to anyone wanting to adopt a puppy. It was a 3 Hour drive for us to get our puppy and it was well worth the drive. I would do it again.

I purchased my Shorkie from Lisa over a month ago. He’s just the sweetest little guy. He received a clean bill of health from our vet and everyone at the vet loved him. He and my 8 month old goldendoodle are inseparable! They play all day and are adorable together.

Lisa made the transaction so easy and I never felt like I was being scammed. She sent pictures, videos, answered all of my questions in a timely manor and took great care of my pup before I got him. He had all of his papers, and his microchip information upon pick up and was happy and healthy.

I just bought Ace on Friday

I just purchased Ace on Friday and he is so special. My family just love him. I was treated so good by the people at Dundee. She was just wonderful telling me all I needed to know about my little precious boy. He will be so much company this winter. I know because he doesn’t let me out of his site. He loves me already and I love him. Will love him a lot better when I get him trained. Mrs Miller is the perfect person to take care of these little guys. Love our little cavapoo

We are so happy that we found our little cavapoo, Scooter (formerly Asher). He’s such a sweetheart and bundle of devoted energy. We loved working with Five Star Family Puppies… they were great and answered all my questions..annoying or otherwise lol. We live in southwest Virginia and so received our little guy by pet transport. It was so great. And their prices for pups are so unbelievably fair… we so appreciate them.
We would absolutely adopt from them again and have already told our friends about them!
